I first met Theresa in February 2020, in one of the open houses she hosted. At the time I was only looking at houses casually to kind of get a feel of the market. However, she made a great first impression and I thought she was very enthusiastic about her job. Two months later I gave a call to search for my first home for me. Being a first time home buyer in Canada, I had absolutely no clue of the processes involved. She was very patient in answering all the questions I had, no questions was stupid. She knew exactly what we wanted and got us the perfect home for our budget.

She was always there to guide us, always punctual to appointments , recommended mortgage brokers, lawyers, inspection personnel, the whole nine yards. She went far and beyond .

Theresa should be an epitome of what customer service/client relationships should be. If I could give her 6 stars I would.

Theresa is an amazing agent and I admire her when I’m working with her. She is always very enthusiastic, hardworking and thoughtful.
